Darzzee – Terms & Conditions

Darzzee acts as a platform connecting users and tailors.

All payments are held securely by Darzzee until the order is completed.

Once an order is accepted by a tailor, cancellation is only allowed within 10 minutes.

After completion, the tailor must upload clear images of the stitched or altered clothing item.

The user can accept or reject the order after review.

If rejected, Darzzee’s review chatbot will determine fault:

• If the tailor is at fault, payment is refunded to the user.
• If the tailor’s work matches the order, payment is released to the tailor.

Darzzee is not responsible for measurement errors provided by users.

By placing an order, users agree to these terms and consent to Darzzee’s dispute resolution process.
